ScavoProduct

Everything between the reel and the booked call.

Most tools stop at sending a reply. Scavo carries the conversation, the context behind it, and the record of what was decided, all the way through to a call on the calendar.

01

Unified inbox

Every DM, story reply, and comment CTA lands in one queue. Each thread carries the lead's goal, current reality, main blocker, source, owner, and the next move, so anyone on the team can pick it up without rereading the conversation.

02

Editable playbook

Steps, framework, voice, offer, call length, booking method, knowledge base, and guardrails are all plain text you control. The drafting engine is assembled from those inputs at request time, so changing your method changes the output immediately.

03

Keyword automations

Define any trigger, not just READY and RESET. Rules run across direct messages and story replies, match on exact or contains, tag the lead, set the opening stage, and can schedule a follow-up from one minute to a week later.

04

Conversation simulator

Play a lead against your live playbook and watch what the system extracts as goal, current situation, obstacle, and importance. Rehearse changes before they ever reach a real inbox.

05

Pipeline and attribution

Stages move from New through Engaged, Qualified, Call proposed, and Booked. Every change is written to an event ledger with its evidence, so a booked call traces back to the reel, story, or opener that started it.

06

Analytics

Reply rate, reply to booked, proposed to booked, and no-show rate, broken down by source and by operator, so you can see which content is actually producing conversations worth having.

Underneath

Builtsoabadminuteneverbecomesabadmessage.

Every path that can fail has a defined behaviour. Nothing silently guesses, and nothing sends a reply that could not be justified from the conversation.

01

Framework-aware drafting

Replies are generated against your playbook and guardrails, then checked before they are offered to an operator.

02

Deterministic fallback

If the model is unavailable, times out, or produces a reply that breaks an evidence rule, a known-safe response is used instead.

03

Immediate keyword reply

Trigger responses send straight away, with the playbook handoff staged behind them, so a lead never waits on generation.

04

Signed webhooks

The Meta receiver verifies signatures, filters echoes, deduplicates retries, and processes in the background.

05

Tenant isolation

Workspace scope is derived from the session on every protected request, not passed in from the client.

06

Event ledger

Conversations, messages, stage changes, generations, and automation runs are all recorded with idempotency keys.
