ScavoTerms of Service

Terms of Service

The terms that govern access to and use of Scavo. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how data moves through the service.

Effective 8 August 2026

01The agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Scavo, the private Instagram revenue operating system operated by Scavolution ("Scavolution", "we", "us"). By requesting access, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Where you are entering into these terms for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

02Access and accounts

Scavo is not open to the public. Access is granted per operator and per workspace. Registering creates a request that remains pending until an authorised owner approves it, and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including that of anyone you invite.
  • Credentials are personal. Do not share a login, and tell us promptly if you believe one is compromised.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to use Scavo to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, or otherwise breach the rules of any platform you connect.
  • Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent who is sending a message.
  • Harass, deceive, or exploit the people you are speaking with.
  • Make medical, financial, or legal claims the service is not designed to support.
  • Attempt to access another workspace, probe our infrastructure, or circumvent access controls.
  • Resell, sublicense, or expose the service to third parties without written agreement.

We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe use is causing harm, breaching a connected platform's rules, or putting other workspaces at risk.

04Your content and your playbook

You retain ownership of everything you put into Scavo: your playbook, framework, voice, offer, knowledge base, conversations, and contact records. We claim no ownership over it.

You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you, including sending it to the third-party processors described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data of the people you converse with, and for honouring their rights in the jurisdictions where you operate.

05Generated drafts

Scavo produces suggested messages using a language model working from the playbook and guardrails you supply. Guardrails and fallbacks reduce the chance of an unsuitable reply, but they are not a guarantee.

You are responsible for what is sent from your accounts. Where you enable automatic sending, you accept that messages may go out without an operator reviewing them first, and you remain responsible for those messages.

Scavo is a communication tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and must not be presented to your leads as doing so.

06Connected platforms

Scavo integrates with Instagram through Meta's APIs. Your use of those integrations is also governed by Meta's own terms and platform policies, and your access depends on permissions Meta grants and can revoke.

We are not responsible for a connected platform changing its API, rate limits, policies, or availability, or for any resulting interruption.

07Availability and changes

We aim to keep Scavo available and dependable, but we do not commit to uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and incidents will occur.

We may add, change, or remove functionality. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will make reasonable effort to give notice.

08Fees

Commercial terms, including fees, billing period, and payment method, are set out in the separate agreement between you and Scavolution. Where no such agreement exists, access is provided at our discretion and may be withdrawn.

09Termination

You may stop using Scavo at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, or where required by law or a connected platform.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. You may request an export of your workspace data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

10Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scavo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant any particular commercial outcome. Nothing in Scavo is a promise of bookings, conversions, or revenue.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Scavolution in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], and the courts of [courts and venue] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict of law rules.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and material updates will be communicated to workspace owners. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14Contact

Questions about these terms can go to [legal contact email], or by post to [registered business name and address].
